Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Task AI App. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Task AI App

Task AI App is a productivity and task-planning platform that helps users organize tasks, generate structured plans with artificial intelligence, manage lists, track progress, and access account and subscription features. The app is designed to support personal productivity and organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use paid features of Task AI App. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact us promptly.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Task AI App uses artificial intelligence to generate task suggestions, schedules, plans, summaries, and related content. AI-generated output is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. Task AI App does not guarantee that AI-generated content is correct, appropriate, safe, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. No Professional Advice

Task AI App does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, tax, or other professional advice. Any information or plans generated through the app should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You should use independent judgment before relying on any app output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Task AI App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the app. You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use the app to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing
• Interfere with the performance, security, or availability of the app
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the service beyond what is permitted by law

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the tasks, lists, prompts, notes, and other content you submit to Task AI App. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to use and share that content.

8. Plans, Trials, and Usage Limits

Task AI App may offer both free and paid plans, including trial access and subscription-based access. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan.

• Free Trial or Free Access: May include limited AI requests, limited task creation, or limited feature access
• Paid Plan: May include expanded or unlimited access to certain features, subject to fair use and technical limitations

We reserve the right to modify feature access, plan structure, trial offers, or usage limits at any time. If a limit is reached, some features may be restricted until you upgrade or until a new usage period begins.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions may be offered through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play, or other authorized billing platforms. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable platform to charge the subscription fees shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are generally handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription. You are responsible for reviewing and managing your subscription settings through that platform.

10. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that Task AI App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service failures, device limitations, or network conditions.

11. App Changes and Updates

We may update, modify, improve, limit, or remove any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. This includes AI features, subscription plans, user interface, integrations, and supported devices or operating systems.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of Task AI App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, stored, and processed as described there.

13. Third-Party Services

Task AI App may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, app marketplaces, and AI service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

Task AI App, including its branding, design, software, features, graphics, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app or its materials.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Task AI App at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, misused the platform, created risk for the service or other users, or engaged in unlawful activity.

You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Task AI App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task AI App and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, productivity, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the app.

This includes, without limitation, reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions, billing issues handled by third-party platforms, technical failures, or loss of stored tasks or account data.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Task AI App and its developer from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the app, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

19. Governing Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions may be posted in the app or on the website. Your continued use of Task AI App after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
